Refund Policies
Refund policies and request procedures vary depending on both the NaturalSoft service and plan you purchased and the vendor through which you made your purchase. Please review the section that matches your specific product and point of purchase. Purchases made through a third-party vendor are subject to that vendor’s refund policies and must be handled directly through the vendor.
NaturalReader AI Voice Generator – Commercial Version
Starter, Creator, and Team Plans (including legacy Single and Small Business Plans)
Payments for Commercial subscriptions are non-refundable, and prorated refunds are not provided for unused time remaining on a subscription. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, but submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, please cancel it before its scheduled renewal date.
You can try all voices and features except audio downloading with a free account, and no payment information is required. Please try with a free account first before committing to a subscription.

Prorated refunds are not provided after the applicable eligibility period for unused time remaining on a subscription.

Refunds are not issued automatically. If your website purchase is eligible, go to Account → Contact Us to submit a refund request, or email us directly at sales@naturalreaders.com.
Master Subscription Agreement
Use of NaturalReader products and services, including Personal and Commercial subscriptions, is governed by the Master Subscription Agreement. It covers accounts, subscriptions, permitted use, customer content, billing, renewals, and the respective rights and responsibilities of customers and NaturalSoft.
Privacy Policy
NaturalSoft is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, why we use it, how it may be shared and retained, the safeguards we apply, and the privacy rights and choices available to users.
Data Processing and Subprocessors
When NaturalSoft provides services to an organization and handles data on its behalf, the DPA defines each party’s data-protection responsibilities, including requirements concerning security, individual rights, retention, deletion, international data transfers, and subprocessors. Our Subprocessor List identifies the third-party providers used to operate and deliver NaturalReader, their purposes, the information they may process, and typical processing locations.
AI Use and Transparency Policy
Artificial intelligence, machine learning, speech synthesis, voice cloning, and related technologies support a range of NaturalReader features. This policy covers the technologies and providers involved, how customer content is handled, limitations of AI-generated output, user responsibilities, safety safeguards, and licensing requirements.
Security Overview and Architecture
Protecting customer information and maintaining reliable services are central to NaturalSoft’s security approach. The Security Overview summarizes our safeguards concerning infrastructure, authentication, access controls, encryption, data retention, monitoring, incident response, and service providers. Users can also review our high-level architecture and data-flow diagram to see how applications, NaturalSoft-managed infrastructure, data storage, and approved services interact.
Education Services and Student Data Privacy
NaturalReader EDU provides group access to the personal version platform, including accessibility tools, for schools and other educational organizations. The Education Services and Student Data Privacy Addendum brings together the terms most relevant to institution-managed EDU accounts, including administrator controls, student-data handling, AI and voice features, security, retention, subprocessors, FERPA and COPPA responsibilities, and applicable state-specific requirements.
